@midoa I know I’ve been buying way too much since I started at the end of January. I’ve only sold one thing so far. I have marked down several items and had a good bundle offer going for a while. @julesheart77 You're welcome! Yes, I've only been at this for five months. Seemed a little bleek on the sales... but I realized that there are thousands of sellers on this platform and so the competition is stiff. Also, buyers are looking for deals... even on brand new items with tags. So I'm mindful and treat this more so as a high end garage or estate sale. Most times I will not necessarily profit from a new item but recoup some of my original costs oppose to just donating for "free".

@julesheart77 Now we have this feature where we can offer private deals to our "likers" so if you stack up lets say 5 or more likers on a particular items you can offer them a deep discount not available to the public. I just scored sales off of this feature. More than anything tho, I share my closet daily, I follow poshers and share their items, they return the favor, and I share my items in the daily the posh parties as they apply to my closet offerings.

@micaya5 Definitely true. So far I’m losing money. Hopefully things will even out in the long run. I’m finding out people don’t want to necessarily pay what some things are worth. I’ll see how it goes. 😊 I’ve already marked several things way below what they are worth. Also, I know I’m buying a lot more than I’m selling. Haha 😂

@julesheart77 Yes, I agree! Haha I was buying too, especially around the holidays. And yes, because you know you can go to any department store and find some items for similar if not lowered prices, so you have to be careful on even with new items that you are being fair in pricing. And I know we have those Posh Fees so. I'm thinking about doing buying whole sale and selling, but I want to see how well I do with clearing out my own closet first!

I make jewelry and sell, less traditional items though. Also, I noticed in one of your comments you have to sell items for way less than they are worth- I feel you on that. Try etsy for jewelry sales- you tend to make more $$. Happy selling!

So far I have been doing much better here. I do lose money on some things, and then on some things I make up for it. I’ve made a few of my pieces (I set the stones).
