sharonpiserchio Just donated the new dress with tags to goodwill that I purchased from you. I never wore it. You shipped it wrapped in a bandana with a beer bottle coozie. I immediately informed you upon receipt they it was horribly snagged by the sequins either by the way it was wrapped or the eat it already was. You never offered a solution. Just “ thanked” me for your future wrapping and packing after you acknowledge it was a crappy wrap job because you were out of supplies. Waste of my money

julyjewel2008 @sharonpiserchio Sharon I sincerely apologies for issues you incurred. I try to add a couple extra goodies as a thank you for people's purchases. And usually wrap them up in a bandana, I don't know if you are new to posh or not but there is a way you can inform posh of any damage to an item and get your money back. Obviously this was an honest mistake. I didn't expect it to have gotten snagged.

julyjewel2008 @sharonpiserchio But once you accept an order, it's out my hands and I have no way of returning a payment. You would need to contact poshmark support. Aside from that I was out of the country when I received your and wanted to know what exactly I did wrong to get the rating you gave me. Anyway I have no idea how it arrived to you since I didn't see phots, all I know is that is was fine when I shipped it out.

julyjewel2008 @sharonpiserchio one other thing, please keep in mind that poshmark sellers are not Amazon. Mistakes do happen so there is poshmark support there to handle them on our behalf and protect both buyers and sellers. Also I am not a boutique and don't have boutique "supplies" so I do the best with what I have. But as I said before Im terribly sorry and it was not my intention give you a damaged product or bad customer service.

sharonpiserchio @julyjewel2008 clearly not amazon. Their shipments are always packaged safely. I’ve never received another posh item wrapped in a bandanna, let alone a nice dress. Just very disappointed in the overall experience.

julyjewel2008 @sharonpiserchio I understand, my previous buyers (from the love notes I've received) have usually appreciated the bandanas and extras I send with their item. But Anyway I'm disappointed as well I didn't give you the service you were expecting and truly wish you had opened a case so Posh could have refunded your account. With cases such as these posh usually would recognizes it was a honest mistake and would have refunded you and let you keep the dress as well.

julyjewel2008 @sharonpiserchio I will contact poshmark about yout issue on your behalf and see if they could possibly issue you a credit or something, but usually this needs to be done when you receive the package. By accepting it, that means it arrived just as described and there were no issues with it this releasing payment.

I certainly empathize with you and as I said before and did not intend the item to be damaged in transit.

You would have to contact them directly since the sale already went through. Poshmark does not support transactions off the app.
