mubaraksiddiq hi ma'am. we recently purchased cat& jack size 8 shoes from you n yes we've received the package but I'm sorry bcuz the shoes were very tight on his feet n left him very uncomfortable so we took them off n put them back in the package. wht I wanna know is if possible can we change size to a 10 bcuz of his wide feet they'd fit alot better n don't worry I'll cover the shipping back to you if possible.????
