ririboutique16 Good evening Julie. You recently purchased a Betsy Johnson bow purse from me, I was in the process of getting it ready to be shipped out when i noticed a scuff mark on the front of the bag not previously there before. I did my best to remove the stain and it faded a bit but it is still there. I believe it got damaged when in storage. I am so sorry this happened and i wanted to be honest and let you know before i sent it to you.
