Hey Julie. You purchased a Ralph Lauren scarf for me and I was taking it to be dry cleaned when we last spoke. The dry cleaners in my area was closed Saturday. Today when I dropped it off I found out they only open three days a week. Also, if you don't drop your item off by noon they count it as their next working day which is Wednesday.

In short it will be Friday before it's ready for pickup. I realize that is a long wait so I wanted to go ahead and see if you are okay with the wait or would you prefer I cancel your order? I'm so sorry this happened. I haven't used this cleaners in years and was not aware of their schedule.
