Hi, your item has been shipped. I shipped your package and a customer package. She and I also had the same issue. I shipped your package the same within the same time frame I mentioned to you. I called USPS for her and it was update a few hours later. I’ve never had this issue but I’ll do the same today.

I don’t know what’s going on but I left it in the care of them and since it’s prepaid I don’t have a receipt. Please bare with me as I figure it out today. Note on my page info posh tells you how long I take to ship. I normally ship in 1 to 2 days.

Since it was the prepaid package - all I had to do was give it to the USPS courier -> they scan and send it on it’s way.

@jsuppy everything was very general. It’s in transit so it may not have been scanned. All they said is to wait until later this evening. Which is very similar with the other package I sent out along with a day before yours.

@pamfloray no, I have Usps informed delivery so it tells me what packages I have coming my way. It says it needs a scan to be considered ‘in transit’

@jsuppy I went to another USPS near my job - not the one I gave the package to. And they informed me that my package hasn’t moved because it could be a lot of traffic with packages and they haven’t gotten to it. I gave the representative the tracking and she was able to locate it but she said it’s not moving. I work M-F 8-5:30.

If it doesn’t move by Saturday I’ll go to the location myself and find out what’s going on. The location doesn’t have a telephone number - it will reroute you to the general number. I will start a claim tomorrow.

@pamfloray sounds good, I’m able to find my posts offices # by clicking on the ‘website’ option on google, it’s hiding the real # to them. It’ll be listed first thing showing the different contact options.

@pamfloray another way is going to ‘find locations’ typing in your zip code, and clicking the post office you want to, it’ll say phone: and it’ll be under the ask Usps number. They make you work for it!
