okiegal58 I just got a update on your top and it's in CA!! I lost count of how many times this has happened to me both on items I have ordered and shipped. Really losing faith in our postal system. I apologize for the delay and wish the post office that did this had to apologize to everyone too, then maybe they would try being more careful..
