rubygirlsf Hi Julie, ugh some disappointing news to tell you I took your shirt out of the Ben and it was a little wrinkled so I put it in the dryer to straighten it out to ship and unbeknownst to me there was gum stuck to the dryer. I have been unable to remove it it's a small spot now but it is a spot. Please let me know what you want to do. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you

mizcrash @julieshoward it’s what you would do when something has a problem, usually before you accept it. Poshmark gets involved and they do an investigation and maybe give you some options like returning the item or getting some money back. Again, I’m really sorry that I didn’t notice the flaw, and I would like to make it right. Let me know what you’d like to do.
