I am so very sorry for the extra postage- there was miscommunication at my local post office if I could use flat rate boxes/envelopes (& I wasn’t sure whose orders I used them for). @xcalgaljb Hello Julie! Just an update on the shipping for the Silpada necklace you bought from me. I put the necklace in my mailbox yesterday and it was picked up by mail carrier late yesterday afternoon. After not seeing any notice that the package was tracking, I made a trip to the post office to express my concern. The window clerk said that sometimes when the carrier is busy, they will not scan in the item.I filled out a "Walk-in/Telephone Customer Inquiry Form" for the Branch Manager
