caryn616 I’m so sorry & saddened to hear 1 of the frames didn’t hold up in shipping. They were all heavy, expensive frames (Cost $25-$30/each), & I took such care to wrap them to withstand the trip, especially the one you speak of...I added foam below it to protect it from impact. I’m baffled how it sustained such damage, especially w/ FRAGILE printed all over the box. Sure glad the other 4 weren’t harmed. But am so sorry this happened! My apologies all around!

juliehauk @caryn616 i know. you packed very thoroughly. what is even crazier is that its glass survived. just the frame dod not. When my husband is in a netter mood, i will see if he can take it apart and cut it smaller. put it back together.
