Hello, I’m looking for some clarity on your rating..you stated that seller responsiveness, ship time, item cleanliness, & item description all need improvement. I accepted your offer within 5 minutes, shipped next business day (USPS is closed on Sunday), and let you know your order was making its way to you. The jeans were freshly laundered prior to shipment, and all details and measurements were listed in the description. Can you please clarify what you were hoping for in each of these areas.
