vargaselvira34 @stacimack157 I’m hoping to get some answers on some shoes I ordered! It’s been 2 days since I bought them and I haven’t even received a thank you or I’m sending soon. I’m afraid I may not get them at all due to the fact that the seller might have separated them to get more money and sold my shoes to the lady here Julie. I really wanted the shoes. Is there anything I can do?

stacimack157 @vargaselvira34 Let's no worry just yet. Technically, the seller has 5 days to ship your purchase. I try to notify my buyers within a few hours of when I will ship, but not all sellers do this. You can reach out to the seller and ask when they will ship. Or check your purchase confirmation email from Poshmark for the tracking number to track your order 💜

vargaselvira34 @stacimack157 so the seller noted that she dropped the package on the outside bin of the post office but I work for the post office and I know that once we get packages they get scanned or we get in trouble so Ik if it was dropped then someone would have scanned it but I’m pretty sure she just printed the label to show the app that it was being handled but never took package to post office. She says she did not sell the other pair to the other person

stacimack157 @vargaselvira34 So, click the icon in the bottom right corner (your user name is under it). When the new page displays, scroll down to "My Purchases", click that and you should see the shoes you bought. Click on the shoes and look for "Order Status". If it says "shipped" click on that to see the tracking.

vargaselvira34 @stacimack157 when I do that it says pending shipment scan and when I click on that it pops a message that says that my item will start tracking once the carrier receives the item or something like once carrier starts scanning it

vargaselvira34 @stacimack157 it says I’ll see my tracking number once my item is scanned by a shipping carrier so that’s what leads me to believe she just printed the label but never took item to post

stacimack157 @vargaselvira34 Alright... you already know that at some point, all packages "should" get scanned during the delivery route. (this is why it is best to have a package scanned inside the post office.) On that same page, you should see "Problems/Order Inquiry". Click that and contact Poshmark about what happened.

stacimack157 @vargaselvira34 I'm so sorry you're having this experience. Not all sellers are this way. I've sold almost 300 listings on this app, and always let my buyers know when I ship (which is normally the same/next day).

I broke the blue and yellow bottle, but I can replace it by the pink or orange and turquoise bottle. Actually the pink is my favorite.
