julie733 @courtneygunn08 I just checked my community mailbox and it wasn’t there. Which is strange that is where it said it was delivered, we don’t get mail delivered to our actual house.

courtneygunn08 @julie733 it says it was delivered to your community mail box/ parcel locker or apt. condo mailbox. It is confirmed on my end that the wallet I mailed you has been delivered to the address you’ve provided.

julie733 @courtneygunn08 it says it was delivered but I just walked to the community mailbox and double check and it’s not there. It is the right mailing address and I have never had this happen before. I can check with Canada Post but they say you have to wait 24 hours before you can inquire.

julie733 @courtneygunn08 Do you have any Canada Post info on your side for delivery? I’m sorry this happened I feel bad. if I accept the order before I actually receive I then can’t dispute with Canada Post for it not being delivered.

courtneygunn08 The information on my side says it is delivered. That is all I have. As the sender I only get the same tracking number you do which says it’s confirmed delivered.

courtneygunn08 You’ll have to contact Canada post and see what is happening and where it was delivered if it wasn’t to you. I will either need my item back or the money released. So contacting them would be a good start.

julie733 @courtneygunn08 Without the tracking number I can’t contact Canada Post for tracking to locate the item. I don’t have any information on my side. I also notified Poshmark about Canada post saying it was delivered but I didn’t receive the item.

courtneygunn08 1026167121857267 ... You can still contact Canada post with your address and name. I’m not understanding why it would say it’s delivered if it wasn’t. I will also be reporting this to poshmark on my end because I either need my item or the money.

julie733 @courtneygunn08 Thank you for the tracking number I will hash it out with Canada Post as the item is showing delivered on there end. Can you tell me how you packaged it? (Box/plastic etc) I will release the money as this isn’t fault of yours. Sorry about all this.
