eliza11358 Hey there thanks for purchasing my wig honestly I bought it I pulled the tags off and I tried it on I don’t know how it could be damaged unless it was damaged when I bought it and I never noticed it being synthetic I guess it’s possible but I certainly didn’t cause the damage I apologize for not noticing it

julie1988900 @eliza11358 yeah it’s like someone tried to create a side part and melted it. What now? Do I mail back and you refund? Never had an issue before.

eliza11358 @julie1988900 It’s definitely no problem to return it I just wish that I had seen it before I mailed it to you it will have to go through Poshmark now and I’m not sure how they handle it but just know that it’s no problem on my end
