brookelong398 Hi love, so I’m not sure if you saw my other message but I did not order the shoes and I’m not sure how this happened. As soon as they get here I can return them immediately, all you have to do is cancel the order.. please I do not have the money for these shoes I have no idea how they got ordered.. I am a single mom and if we could figure this out I would really appreciate it.

jeweldr @brookelong398 Hi Brooke, I’ve never had this happen before where a buyer requested I cancel an order after the 3 hour buyer remorse clause and the item was already shipped and tracking. I looked through the Poshmark guidelines to verify my obligation if canceled but did not find any information. I will reach out to Poshmark support for guidance and get back to you.

I have no idea how this happened, but I received the shoes and I am taking them back to the post office right now and paying to send them back. I contacted Poshmark and they said in an email that you have to cancel(not sure how to do that) or I have to report the item as not as described and return it that way, I will wait until you respond to make sure we’re on the same page

jeweldr @brookelong398 Good Morning Brooke, wait, Poshmark told you to mark the item ‘not as described’ even though that is untrue and dishonest? That is very disappointing to me as a seller and in contrary to what Poshmark states in their community support guidelines as far as protecting buyers AND sellers. I’m still waiting for Poshmark to respond to my inquiry and I’ll let you know as soon as I know. Thanks!

brookelong398 @jeweldr right, they said the only way “I”can cancel it, is reporting it as “not as described”. That didn’t happen, that isn’t the issue, and I am absolutely not trying to give you a bad review on anything. I don’t plan on doing that. I don’t see why poshmark can’t just fix the mistake that was made on my account.. I will still be sending the item back to you today and keeping record of that.

They should be there on Thursday. I’m sorry that you’re involved in this as well. I really like Poshmark I just wish they had a solution that was much easier!

I’m no expert but here are the 3 things I do everyday. 1) follow/share everyone that has followed me in the last 24 hours, even if they just follow I share 1 of theirs; 2) share at parties especially the last one of the day, I always wake up with lots of likes to pursue; 3) go on the new people tab and follow 30 new Poshers. No guarantees but seems to help me. Julie

jeweldr @spi333 Yes, we had awesome temperatures last week in the 60s, then yesterday it turned cold. This morning we woke up to falling snow and had 4 or 5 inches of wet, heavy snow by the time it was done. The kind you need a snowblower to clear so I’m glad you’re ready :).

jeweldr @spi333 Ditto for me too on slow sales. Don’t know if it’s the economy or things selling for next to nothing on the live shows. I can’t sell my stuff for $3 ….. no shade to those that do but I can’t. Do you sell on any other platform(s)? I’m thinking of posting some listings on another selling platform to see how it goes and what it entails.
