paulinaco hi julie. I just received your rating and am super shocked🙉🙉🙉 What happened? your the first customer ever on all my platforms to leave a packaging issue. It left me new box, lined in shipping paper, dress wrapped in tissue tied with ribbon, plus a gift in it's own baggie and a thank you card. Did it not arrive in this fashion?

paulinaco I put the exact energy into sending packages as I like to receive. Most are thrilled, like getting a birthday or christmas present. I apologize and am saddened on the 3 star rating, but I can't control everything, especially postal transit issues👌 Again I am sorry it did not arrive in a fun, great package as it left...

paulinaco @juliebaker956 thank you for understanding we all have absolutely no control over how the shipping is physically handled. we only hope it will arrive ok every time... in your case looks like it took long to get to you and might have had some shipping troubles😏😏 but nothing in my control. perhaps letting posh/usps know of damaged box would help more👌
