@julzee111 I’ve commented on the case regarding the necklace. I hope Poshmark will offer a resolution soon to permit return of the item or refund you. An expert told that the symbol 14 KGP meant “gold plated,” but I could have written that in my listing. I’d never seen that before. Thank you for understanding.

Hello julzee! I’m not sure what the major delay is in shipping unless it’s just delayed due to this whole virus thing. I’ve never had a priority 3-5 day shipping package take 8 days to deliver. Hi Julie, It’s Mary M again…the Posher that you purchase the Dalsheim Ruby Red Two Glass Ball Earrings from on January 30th. And hand delivered to the post office the next day. This morning, I went to the post office to see if hat’s going on. The postal worker said to log on to USPS tracking system and enter the tracking number; and sometimes that will expedite transit. I I did that this morning. Fingers crossed! I’m so sorry for this delay. This has never happened to me before!

Hello and thank you for your purchase. I wanted to let you know that I placed the napkin holder in the mail today. When you receive it, make sure that you open it carefully as it is very old and the glass is delicate. I wrapped it in tissue paper and bubble wrap and secured the inside of the box with bubble wrap and did not put a lot of tape around the wrap so it will be easier for you to open. I hope it reaches you securely.
