juliebwood143 @kpasch are you sure? I’m relatively new to Posh...and just thought when a seller offers an item at a reduced price, the shipping automatically got reduced, but if I offered a lower price, the shipping stays at the normal rate. Is there a way for me to message you that is private?

juliebwood143 @kpasch The lower shipping must be automatic from Posh once you lower the price to a certain threshold. If I had counter-offered from your $30, I'd lose out on the reduced shipping. So, accepting your price reduction actually cost me less overall than making an offer for less than $30. Confusing, I know. ;-)
