Hi I am very sorry to hear that your earrings took 7 days to arrive. I can’t imagine how stressful and frustrating that was. ☹ I shipped your order out on May 12 (the day after your ordered). I always ship next day unless Sunday or holiday. I work full time and am a single mother of 3 so I stay up late and work hard to get orders out right away. Once I hand it off at USPS before work in the mornings then unfortunately arrival timing is out of my hands.

If you visit my “About Me” Poshmark auto displays my average ship time (1 day) and most of my love notes reference my fast ship time too. Sometimes the Post office fails me and the buyer; I am sorry this happened to you. I work my hardest to provide quality items shipped with care. Thank you again for your purchase.
