jac50 @liahpotts oh bless you. We are Disney obsessed in this house, but I had a car accident so I’m trying to raise funds to get my car fixed. Nearly there thank goodness. I’ve read your story. jac50 @hiquoll sorry to bother you, but you wouldn’t happen to know why my labels are not generating would you? It keeps coming up error generating your label, and I don’t know why. It’s just telling me to contact customer support, but they’re not the fastest. Many thanks 😊

moonmugs i had to click a small link at the bottom of the email also I had to turn off collection and set label size under postage settings

jac50 @moonmugs Thank you so much for replying. I’ve done all that. These are not my first sales. I’ve sold 100+ items, but I’m not receiving any emails at all. Normally I get one from Royal Mail confirming collection and another one with the PDF for the label. I’ve done a couple of others this morning, and that’s worked fine. I’m not sure what to do about the ones that haven’t worked. It’s never happened to me before.

hiquoll @juliecochran43 sorry to hear you’re having issues with the labels. That was actually the bane of my life when I started selling here. emilyw@poshmark.com lissy@poshmark.com may be able to help? It is temperamental when you select the label options. Best of luck and hope you get it sorted really quickly x

jac50 @hiquoll thank you for that. I’ve got 3 to sort out. 3 worked this morning and 3 didn’t grrrr! I’ve sold 100+ items with no problem at all, then this happens. I will send them a message. Hopefully I can get it sorted. Thank you so much for your help. Much appreciated! 😊

hiquoll @juliecochran43 that is stressful! I also had massive problems with Royal mail. They kept on bringing labels two or three days after the order has been placed. It was hugely frustrating, as I’d already printed the labels off. Heartiest congratulations to you for selling over 100 items! As Poshmark support, don’t accept video screenshots, another way around it, is to create a story on social media and tag them in.
