juliemishaele @joannpatters480 sometimes posh response takes a bit of time. I am not aware of any phone number you can call. When you made the sale, did you receive postage to print via email? If not, you can find it under your sales and can print it there. Put your item in any box or the boxes provided at the post office. Put the postage on the box and you’re good to go. You might already know some of this, but it can be confusing the first time.

joannpatters480 @juliemishaele I received the email stating I sold some I press the button that said, received or excepted. Then I had to go through the bank verification, and I excepted that. Yes then I was waiting for a second SMS code from them, and never received that, then the link just disappeared and I’ve been in contact with someone by the name of Prachi who has been helpful and I’ve sent pictures of the email I received from the purchaser and emails from customer support
