bellaastri Hi Julie I’m sending your Brow Pencil today. I was gonna send it yesterday but we had a crazy rain storm that flooded the streets bad. I stepped into a foot deep puddle to get off the bus! Lol sorry for the wait but it’s worth it! Great Pencil from benefit, very easy to use!!
