Hi Julieanne, You had put an offer in on my Vera Bradly travel bag. I had used it last weekend one time for an overnight and had not updated yet being used. It's still in perfect condition. @1spbratt Hi Julieanne, yes I did . But I never got tracking and now trying to locate the package. . I have an email into PM and waiting for a response. I will continue obviously to try and find the package, but I will also tell them to cancel the order, which i believe you can do since you won't receive it in 5 days. Sorry. ...This has never happened before. I'll keep you posted soon as I hear back. I sent them an email yesterday.

@1spbratt of course. I’m going to get it cancelled for you so don’t worry about it. I have not heard back from PM yet or has the package been located or to expedite it I believe you can just go in and cancel it because you didn’t receive it in time. If that doesn’t work let me know

I just heard back from PM. They do not start to locate my package until the 26 or 27 of March. So I asked them to please just credit you your money. It usually takes them like 24 hours to get back to me. I will update you tomorrow.. You don't have to worry about me receiving the money because the package never shipped. I don't know where it is.

By you not receiving the package they will automatically credit you back. Again they will not credit me, because it is not showing as shipped. I am sure you will be refunded in a couple of days.

@1spbratt I will. Sorry for all the hassle. The PO is researching it. I think it was overweight by the time I put the stuffing in etc... I always just leave my items in the counter unless they are very expensive
