simplystylish66 Hi your item has been shipped. When you receive it please follow directions on the bottom of the box on how to open. The item is incased in foam. There is a top and bottom portion . Please separate CAREFULLY so that the fan tray will not fall out. Foam may be stuck to the box so cutting the corners carefully should allow you to peal diwn the sides of the box. Kathy.

baileysmom22 Hello. I am so sorry, but there was a mix up on your order and the Fenton Glass cat was accidentally mailed to the wrong buyer. I have notified Posh and I expect them to send that buyer a new label so that we can get the cat to you as soon as possible. I will let you know when I hear back from them.
