Have you looked at the tracking info on your lipstick??? It was in Springfield the other day and now it's showing it came back to JP and now Boston?!?!

@amoc2001 i'm not sure what's going on? i checked the shipping information that i submitted to see if it was incorrect, but everything was fine. i'm not sure why it's bouncing all over the place?

@bigraine omg!!! Did you see Springfield shipped it all the way back to Boston and now it just again left Springfield HOPEFULLY en route to YOU in the middle of the night last night???? So freaking bizarre - I have never seen such a crazy F up with tracking like this!!!! Why would they send it back here only to have them send it out again???????

Yes, no kidding! last time it departed Springfield it got routed back to JP! I am hoping that was a one time error only. How close are you to Springfield bc Im in Boston which is not very close at all....

yeah now it is stuck in departure land at Springfield - tomorrow will be interesting. IN a good way I hope! geesh. I may put a call into USPS to investigate the issue if it comes back this way again. I am hoping it was a one time error ONLY. apologies but this is totally on them! wth.

ok I have an active complaint using your name as "Julien Unk *for unknown*" and have a case number. It is very clear that something is up that it is being pushed back and forth so a USPS agent will get back to me in approx 1-3 days with an answer - or you should get it by then which would be BEST!
