ladyande @julesarbor I have 2 different ones myself. You always want a smaller size than your actually current size, so it can have the effect that we need of shrinking your waist. You can measure your waist line, and follow the chart. My waist line before pregnant was 29 inches usually size M, so I bought S. Let me know of you need extra help on charts. :)
