@julstvns Yes, I completely understand the love hate relationship part. I have done Intermediate care units/progressive care units since I've graduated which has been very stressful..I took a position doing registry nursing which only requires that I work four 12 hour shifts a month. I let them know what nights I want to work. I don't have to work weekends and I don't have to work every holiday. Way more pay which is great. I will be posting alot more in the next few weeks.
