carringtonjc @boopboutique unfortunately UPS did not leave it the scheduled delivery day.. they said they would redeliver on Monday but I received a message that they left it on my doorstep on Sunday, without getting a signature or leaving a package slip and someone took the package..

boopboutique @carringtonjc oMGoodness. This is something that has rubbed taken up by Posh Mark. I will take a screenshot of our conversation as well as out transaction and bring the problem to their attention. If you can do the same, that would be great.

boopboutique @carringtonjc it's USPS and I've already reached out to PM with our problem and am currently waiting to hear back from them. They are usually pretty quick at getting back when a problem arrives. 24 hours or so. One question. Why did you "accept" if you never had the item?

carringtonjc @boopboutique I didn’t hit “accept”. I only responded to your message. This is only the second time that I have bought something from poshmark and the last time they left a delivery slip for me to pick up the package from the post office. I didn’t realize that by replying to you that meant accept.

boopboutique @carringtonjc I have never ever had to sign of a box or package to be delivered since it is sent USPS. It always just arrives either in my mailbox or on my front porch. Like I said I reached out to Posh Mark about this incident and I would suggest you do the same. I think it might be resolved quicker if we're both working on it. I'm not sure what to do other than let PM know.

carringtonjc @boopboutique @boopboutique I assumed that since it was expedited delivery, the price of the item, and that I selected the delivery window that there wouldn’t be an issue. I have all of the text messages from USPS that said there was a delivery failure on Saturday and delivery was rescheduled for Monday.

carringtonjc @boopboutique Then on Sun afternoon it said package had been delivered. I live in Miami- if a package is dropped at my door step it will be stolen which is why I waited all day Saturday and was planning on waiting on Monday.

carringtonjc @boopboutique it’s not your fault, i just wish that it hadn’t been left at my doorstep because anything I ever order I always select shipping so that I have to sign for it.. I will contact Pm again about this :(

tiffsthreadz if you had a problem with the order you should have opened a case and had it returned. no need for the exceptionally low rating and broad comment. everything is washed and reviewed thoroughly before shipment. if i miss something, that is my fault. but it can easily be resolved through return.

veni_vidi_amavi I just received a message from Poshmark that said you have not received your package. I always follow my tracking and I got a message it was delivered. I know PM will refund the money but I really hope the Free People dress turns up! 💙
