poshers_park Hi, I wanted to let you know before hand that I accidentally put the wrong shipping label on your order. The package was mailed to the wrong address. The package you will be receiving is intended for another customer. Poshmark will send you a label to mail the package back to me. I am am TRUELY sorry for the mix up. If you choose to reorder, I will throw in TWO items of your choosing for free just for the hassle.

poshers_park @myfamilyjules Hi, the status is showing on my end that you received the package. I believe you would need report the order to Poshmark so the can send you a return label and not charge you for the wrong order.

poshers_park Hi, I don't mean to be a pain but have you requested a return label from Poshmark for the hat yet? The other buyer who recieved your order is also asking about this? For some reason Poshmark has still failed to send a return label to them as well. I contacted Poshmark customer service myself in regards to this. Once I recieve your order back from the other buyer I will personally mail them to you at cost if need be. Sorry again about this!

poshers_park @myfamilyjules Okay, this is so strange that they are not responding. They have not responded to the other buyer either. I sent them 2 emails today and an auto-generated email said that they were doing some updates to their emailing system. Im not sure if that has anything to do with it but I would give it another day or two so you dont have to pay the shipping.

poshers_park @myfamilyjules Hi, I went to Poshmark's Facebook page today and there are a ton of complaints about non responsive customer service. Some people have been waiting over a week. So I think you should go ahead and mail the package back to me. I contacted the other buyer and worked out a deal with her as well. She will mail the package back to me without Poshmark. Once I get the package back from the other buyer, I will mail it to you with the additional items. This is my best solution.
