melmalmac Hi! I received the comforter set. I'm missing a few of the pieces that were listed. A valence is missing, two tie backs and the ruffled bed skirt as well. Do you still have these items? I'm not going to be able to use the set without them.

melmalmac I did find two tie backs and 2 drapes. Is that all there were? Still missing one valence and bed skirt. I have looked and looked. Thanks for your help.

jfardulis @melmalmac Thanks for reaching out. I now realize I forgot the bedskirt— my mistake as it’s still on the bed! There are only two valences, it was a typo to say 3, however I did include the large piece of extra material (new) that I found after listing the set. I will pay to send the bedskirt out of pocket. melmalmac @jfardulis Oh good. Yes, if you can please mail it that would be great. Is one of the valences hand made from the extra cloth? They look a little different.

melmalmac @jfardulis Thank you for sending the bed skirt and extra pillowcases. Unfortunately, I probably won't be keeping the set, at least not the comforter. It has a large tear that has been stitched back together. The stitching used to repair the tear is coming out. It may have more repairs. I stopped looking when I saw that. I really wish I had discovered this prior to accepting the purchase. Very disappointing. Melissa

melmalmac No reply? Really? 200 + is a lot for something torn. Did you not know it was torn? You posted no flaws, no stains, etc. I will be glad to post the photo of the torn comforter. I would never do someone like that.

jfardulis @melmalmac Just saw your message. Honestly I did NOT realize the comforter had that repaired tear. I had a second set of sheets that I have given away long ago that I thought was where the stitched tear was. I checked over the comforter and all the pieces and did not find it, which reassured me. I apologize profusely and I understand you won’t want to keep the set. Let Posh support know to start the refund. 😃
