mcmillion344 @juliettes00 I feel terrible for not shipping your sunglasses yesterday but, want to explain why. When I was packing them, I found a scratch on the lens that I had not seen when I posted them. My eyes are not the best so I waited for my son to come over today to look at them as well. There is indeed a scratch and now that I look back on my listing pics, I can see it there as well.

debflores817 @juliettes00 You advertised FREE PEOPLE and the hat is different. I want a refund; it’s not a matter of “clear to you”, it’s a misleading dishonest, sneaky use of false advertising. Your shameful methods should be exposed to anyone who is tempted to buy from you. I want a refund.- or at the least a replacement for a hat with ONE name brand- FREE PEOPLE.
