erinh1018 @juliettebeaulie Hi, I am so sorry that your order is delayed. I shipped out the item on November 27th early that morning. I just sent a message to Poshmark support to look I to what is happening with the shipment. My apologies again, I feel badly that you are waiting for the swaddle. I have never had this happen before.

erinh1018 @juliettebeaulie I believe the post office is really backed up due to Covid combined with online holiday shopping. Hopefully it turns up. I will keep you posted once customer service replies.

erinh1018 @juliettebeaulie Hi, I received a reply saying that USPS is experiencing delays and if it isn’t delivered by the 12th to contact them again. However, I see today the tracking status was updated and it looks like it’s moving!! So hopefully it will get delivered very soon!!

Though I’m sure it’s related to the volume of the season, this is the longest delay I have seen so far, and I thought it best to report. Hopefully, we’ll see the tracking begin soon!
