@julina7 Hi! I just received your 3 star rating and I’m very curious as to what I could have done better? I have been selling on posh for years and always have a 5 star rating and a 1 day shipping rate. I received your order on Sunday morning at 3 AM and I shipped it Monday morning at 11 AM. It appears you received it in 3 days. Thank you in advance for any feedback you can provide as I always strive to keep my 5 star rating.

Just received your 4 star rating which stated I needed to improve on shipping time and packaging. The item was purchased on Sunday and I sent immediately on Monday in a Priority Mail Shoe Box which was carefully packaged. Was so disappointed but when i saw someone else had the same experience I wanted to speak up.

@retail_joy I am so sorry the items were just fine and they were shipped and package just fine nothing was wrong with them I'm new to this so I thought it was meaning like what I liked about the service I didn't know it was saying what I disliked about it or what was wrong with it cuz nothing was wrong with anything so I apologize for that misunderstanding I think I can go back and change it can't I

@julina7 Thank you for updating your rating. The shoes are marked an 8 and I wear an 8- 8 1/2 and since you wear a 7 1/2 - 8 they should fit but I’m sorry they don’t. I’m sure you were disappointed but I’m not sure how my description could have been better. Don’t forget you can ask the seller questions prior to purchasing. I really do want my buyers to be happy with their purchase and keep my 5 star seller rating. You can always re-posh the shoes since they didn’t fit you 😊
