krygowra I’m sorry I am a little confused. You ordered the boots yesterday- Sunday and gave me a three star rating because you felt the ship time was delayed. I can’t believe you even received them today. I shipped them this morning. Did you confuse this order with another ?

charliebirdies Hello - I just saw your one star rating and have to say I am very, very upset. I received this order at 2:00 Friday afternoon and shipped out promptly on Monday, February 12th.

charliebirdies I see from the tracking information that the package has been delayed, however that has ZERO reflection on me as a seller.

charliebirdies Poshmark allows a seller 7 days to ship and I shipped your order within ONE business day. Saturday is not a business day and I do not ship on Saturdays. For so long as I have been selling on Poshmark I have never gotten a one star. I wasn't late on shipping - I did what I was supposed to do. Your rating affects my Ambassador status and ability to make sales and I do this full time.

charliebirdies Would you so kindly consider reconsidering my rating??? I have shipped a beautifully prepared package with a lovely pair of shoes. The post office having a delay is no reflection of me as a seller.

charliebirdies @123456yuli Thank you for updating the rating, but I still disagree with the fact that you are blaming ME for the post office not delivering these shoes on time. I shipped these within one business day. You can follow the tracking information that was provided in the email from Poshmark. I delivered to you what I was supposed to do. When the package leaves my hands I no longer have control.
