The first time he told me so, I was in pain and felt like pulling off his head, LOL.

julisettec @violetjazz Along the years he has proven to be 777,777,777% right. Throughout my life I’ve been through both excruciating mental and physical pain. Now, I really appreciate his words, because using suffering’s good qualities to my advantage has made be grow to be patient, empathetic, compassionate, wise. I feel powerful, and happy. It has equipped my life’s tool box, with powerful tools to deal with life’s ups and downs, and remain equanimous and happy.
