You recently purchased from my closet and found the packaging unacceptable.I am SO sorry about the condition of the package,and am horrified to hear the condition it was left in.I promise that is not the condition that I delivered it to the post office in.Your purchase deserved better handling, and I deeply apologize for how it was handled once out of my possession.Thank you for bringing it to my attention, and I can guarantee that I will be making a complaint to the post office about it.
