cassiecaswell Sorry you didn’t like that I used an amazon package for your order. I’m environmentally friendly so I reuse boxes. It’s never been an issue before. Also they were used shoes and I didn’t know they could be cleaned without ruining them. 2 stars is a little steep for using an amazon package and not touching up the insides of used shoes. Sorry you weren’t happy with the shoes.

julialmarvaz @cassiecaswell Hello there, There has been a misunderstanding. This is my 1st purchase, therefore I don't know you or how you handle your business.I commend you for being environmentally friendly. An Amazon box is not an issue. The issue this time was due to weather & everything wet (totally out of your control). Is just something to have in mind. The platform is meant to help each other. My apologies if you disagree with the rating because I do like my shoes!!!
