Hi! You bought a bundle of two items but I cant ship it till Saturday. I am in the hospital leaving tomorrow but friday is a holiday here in Puerto Rico so USPS is closed. I hope it wasn’t a rush.... if not I don’t know if you can cancel order, I don’t know all poshmark rules.

It is my responsibility the delay sending it due to my hospital stay, and after I left the hospital, it was holiday here in Puerto Rico. I am so sorry.... the tracking says that It is on its way, already left Puerto Rico

@julz5676 I checked, you placed the order on Saturday 24, USPS is not open on weekends. And that week , march 26, was my health problem. It is not three weeks yet. Holidays and weekends are a problem for sending packages. Poshmark had the problem that one cant communicate with buyers, so after I identified you I went to your profile and wrote to you: I even told you that maybe you could cancel the order. I had as a buyer the same problem back in October, 2 packages took a month to get to me

Good morning, as I was packaging the purse I noticed that the straps are a little rougher than thought. There’s cracks on them, no leather is missing just cracks. I wanted to give u the chance to cancel the order before I shipped this morning if u wanted due to the new information.
