amalizio79 @jhetzel35 I’m so incredibly sorry but I made a mistake 😣. I swapped labels on two shoes. Yours went to someone else. As soon as you get yours will you open a case so the other buyer can ship your shoes to you? Again, I’m SO SORRY 😣.

jhetzel35 @amalizio79 Hi, have you heard from poshmark or other buyer who has silver sandals? I opened case yesterday yet not sure if it has gone through. Tried to report it again today yet receiving "there was an error" on my screen as was submitting report.

amalizio79 @jhetzel35 yes she already opened a case. Yours isn’t showing as a case opened 😣. I just sent them a message through this order explaining the problem. Maybe try again to see if you can open a case??
