costume_mom Hi I just saw your rating on the dress. I am so sorry! It’s true I never wore it which is why I guess I never noticed a safety pin or hole. Maybe someone returned it to Target that way. How can I make this right? I’d be happy to refund you if I can figure out how. I’ll contact customer support and see. I am kind of new to this.
