jennyfantastic1 @junepryor Hi June, if it’s an overweight or oversized package you will be charged the extra. It’s never happened to me, but I think it comes out of your balance from the sale. Check with the current guidelines in the app!

Up to 2.5 kilograms Free 3 kilograms C$1 + GST/HST on shipping 3.5 kilograms C$2 + GST/HST on shipping 4 kilograms C$3 + GST/HST on shipping 4.5 kilograms C$4 + GST/HST on shipping 5 kilograms C$5 + GST/HST on shipping The total maximum weight our labels support is 5 kilograms.
