Hi Junell,
The Marciano dress is a size 2 US and a size 4 UK, just as described in the listing. If you take a look at the inside tag toward the bottom of the dress inside the lining it shows that the size is a size 2 US and 4 UK.
I have a photo of that tag if you need to see it. It is written like that because this dress was purchased in Paris.
