goosee23 Your David Yurman watch has been shipped. Unfortunately, the authentication team does not seem to be very good, as they do not understand how an “automatic” watch works. The battery is charged via movement. They need to put the watch in a watch winder, or wear and provide movement of their arms for the battery to charge and operate.
