blessingsfrmtx I am so sorry to have to cancel your order. I mixed up your pants with another customers pants. I have the same pants but in different inseam measurements. I only have it in 26”, and 2 in 27” Long now. Again I apologize.

I was a shopaholic so most of my items are new or used in excellent condition. Plus lost 40lbs and the majority of my clothes don't fit anymore. One plus of having cancer and chemo weight loss lol. livvtriska Hi Lynn, I was just about to ship out your sneakers you purchased and while packaging I noticed they are not sketchers... they are SPORT BRAND .... these were my daughters and I just saw the S label on the side and took picture.... I assumed these are sketcher Sport but can’t find the tag for sketchers. These are in great condition and look just like pics ... are you still interested? I just wanted to make sure and so very sorry for any confusion!!!! I will add more pics!!!

juniejay @ginamalvonelomb so once you open a case, Posh will contact me asking if I will approve, which I will do. Then they will close the case and send you a label. I will email them as to request. However, I have had other buyers request a return and Posh has always contacted me first.

juniejay @ginamalvonelomb Hi. It looks like you did not open a return case with Posh. I got a message back from Posh that says funds were released to me and there is nothing they can do at this point. I told them I am willing to return the item. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

juniejay @ginamalvonelomb You probably should have opened a RETURN CASE rather than send an email. I thought you were opening a case. There is an option to do this under the item you purchased. Opening a case starts the refund process. I guess I will wait to see if Posh replies to your emails. They replied to my email saying there was nothing they could do.

juniejay @ginamalvonelomb If you go to the Frequently Asked Questions in the Help section, and look under Returns, it tells you NOT to file a return case via email. At this point, I am going to stop messaging and leave this issue in your hands. I don't think I'm helping at all. If you hear from Poshmark, let me know. Thanks.

juniejay @ginamalvonelomb Yes. I did. I also said you should open a return case per Poshmark procedures. They do not take emails for returns. I've sent one email, as requested, and got back the response I told you about. I will send another one. In the future, if you want to return something, just do a return case by going to the item you purchased and following the instructions. The info is also outlined in the Help section. An email will NOT prompt a return. Hopefully this can be resolved.
