Hi! I'm Justin. I've decided to do a "closet detox" by tossing a bunch of clothes & shoes, all either new or gently worn, up for sale in order to make more room in my NYC apartment! I'm also a former fitness model/competitor, so you're sure to see plenty of swimsuits up for grabs too! jpsmooth @boutiquebravo you're way too kind. It's a tough business, and I think I"m just too nice of a person with far too little drama to ever be chosen for one of those shows. Being cut throat, backstabbing and having shady strategies to sell are BIG in the industry, and here I am, just wanting to make sure my clients are happy with their decisions and the service I provide. BTW, the "I sure am!" comment was to your realtor comment, not the good looking comment. LOL!

boutiquebravo I love where you live.. how fun and exciting.. I used to live in Boston.. for 15 years.. then My ex husband moved me out too secluded 4 acres.. SHOOT me now.. haha... wanted to stay here to raise my kids but.. The well ... and all the other aspects of it.. are awful !!!!
