myrriahjoy I’m sorry you aren’t happy with the boots you purchased but why didn’t you make a claim? I do my best to accurately describe items but things do get missed. You have the 72 hours following receipt to open a claim and even an unintentional nondisclosure of a defect would have guaranteed Poshmark allowing you to return the boots and get a refund. Furthermore, if you had let me know I would have told you to so. I gladly would have taken the boots back.

No I'm definitely happy with the boots, they came to me in a respectable amount of time, just had to mention that part of the insole material (a sort of leather padding was missing) and that wasn't mentioned in the detail of the item. No harm, just for future shoe postings maybe a picture down in the shoe? All in all, thank you for getting back to me!
