j81890g What’s up my man? I’m sorry you didn’t Like the boots. There was a simple solution, you should have just requested to return them. I don’t dispute returns. And those boots were in good shape when they reached you, I have no clue why or how a sole could have fallen off. But either way Timberland Boots have a lifetime warranty on things like that. If you send them the boot with a detached sole I’m 99% sure they would send you another pair. I’ve had to do that a number of times over the years.

irishpigg75 @j81890g. the first day I wore them the sole fell completely off in Walmart. the place was packed. kinda embarrassing but that's whatever. you can see where they were spitting. they can't even be glued because whatever generic foam substance was used to resole them is just crumbling like dirt. I didn't expect a brand new pair of timberlands for twenty something dollars but I also didn't plan on being completely ripped off. You've made no attempt to make this right

j81890g @irishpigg75 There’s no way for me to make it right unless you would have requested a return. Once you left feedback and accepted the delivery I’m not sure if you can still request a return. That’s why I suggested you reaching out to the manufacturer because those boots come with a warranty. I know it’s a lot of hassle over a 20$ pair of boots but you will most likely get a brand new pair out of the deal
