itsjustinlb @vmb2011 the Sole measures 11 inches in length and 3 inches wide in the arch, I assume the actual fit/inside of the shoes is therefore smaller. I recommend getting proper measurements of his foot to determine if a size US 7 will fit him. With proper measurements, you should be able to determine what size he is- you can find charts online.
