@andreaparker00 its my daughters birthday and the backpack was delivered. But the first thing we noticed was it smelled awful and has a VERY strong cigarette smoke odor. It’s made of a fuzzy outer material that just absorbed this awful smell. The first thing I did was try washing it, but it still smells and I doubt she’ll end up using it. I’d return it for a refund if I could, but I don’t know that’s possible - but I wouldn’t have bought it had I known.
