smithleea110 @justinesresale I have a question. I hadn’t shipped out a package yet Poshmark said it was being tracked. Now it’s being shipped and I have conformation of the 2 of 3 packages now. I’d sent in a support ticket once I seen the error. Now there’s no tracking on that certain package. I have contacted the buyer and asked if they had the tracking number so I can send in another ticket. Is this the right way to do this??

justinesresale @smithleea110 weird! So if I’m understanding correctly, you shipped 3 packages and only 2 are tracking? When did you ship them? Once in a while when I ship multiple packages, sometimes there’s one that doesn’t start tracking until several hours after the other ones, but then it eventually does. One time I shipped a few packages in the morning which all started tracking before noon, but one didn’t start tracking until like 2am the next day for some reason.

justinesresale @smithleea110 also if you still have the email from Poshmark with the shipping label for that item, the tracking number will be on there above the barcode. You could try tracking it on the usps website, the shipping status is updated more quickly on there than it is on Poshmark.
